Holistic Wellness simply means relating to whole or with the complete System rather than the analysis of treatments. Treating the symptom is not enough. Holistic care attempts to treat both mind and body.
You will notice a simple approach (I LOVE Simple) to a healthy eating plan suited for each person’s specific needs, and a gentle shift with patterns of thinking giving you the opportunity to live simply, joyously and free from the negative outside influences that block or disrupt a healthy lifestyle.
My personal experience with past depression and anxiety led me to become educated about proper nourishment for the mind and body. Recipe suggestions and supplement use are some of the areas we will discuss and tailor a program for your needs. No matter if you are vegetarian, meatatarian, flexitarian (thats me) you will quickly learn what foods and thoughts are the triggers to ill health and some efficacious methods to reverse any dis of ease that you may be presently experiencing.
Gain knowledge about the benefits of eating more raw foods daily. Raw foods carry enzymes that your body requires to sustain its life. Every time we cook our foods we kill off necessary and vital enzymes. This does not mean you have to sing the OM song (in my case its MO as I am dyslexic) but you most certainly could substitute that bag of chips with apple slices or better yet a smootthie.

Hot Lemon Drink
- the drink for Flu Season. This also serves as a Liver Detox support.

1/2 lemon
Maple syrup or honey to taste
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Take a large mug with hot water, squeeze the lemon and add other ingredients. Stir and drink. The Cayenne pepper is great for improving circulation and alleviating cold symptoms. For fasting, have this drink in the morning and do not eat until after 10:00 a.m. It works great for cleansing the liver. Try this recipe for one week. ENJOY!

Greeny Bananas So-Smoothie Pear Blue Berry Cream
3 cups sliced bananas 3 ripe pears, chopped 2 cups blueberries
2 cups chopped kale 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 cup banana sliced
1 cup coconut water 1 cup spring water 2 cups swiss chard chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup Almond Milk (**nut allergen**)
Hair of the Dog Smoothie Coconut Chai Cooler Heart Chakra Smoothie
3 tomatoes Roma chopped 2 cups coconut water 1 cup Pommegrante juice
2 cups chopped spinach 2/3 cup of coconut meat 1 cup coconut or spring water
1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon or more of maple syrup 1 cup of your favourite berries blend
1 cup water 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs 1 cup of Kale ( i use organic
dash of cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon cinnamon frozen brand)
dash of herbamare spicy sea salt 1 cup ice (optional) 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
1 tsp of flax oil or grd flax seeds
Any smoothie you select, once you have prepared the ingredients simply drop into a blender process til smooth and Enjoy!!!
